Patrick Wolf: Warming up

In a few short minutes singer-song writer, composer and multi-instrumentalist Patrick Wolf will perform live from our Bruton Place Headquarters as part of our Cafe Concert Series.  We will, of course, be streaming live on SHOWstudio from 11:00 BST but in the meantime, here are some behind-the-scenes shots of all the action as Patrick warms up.   As evidenced from the photographs, if you're in the neighborhood, you'll want to stop by 1-9 Bruton Place.

Hi Daphne,Before my current dip dye look I went to both Style Club and P&P for a more sutlbe sun kissed style of balayage. I liked them both to be honest but Pimps & Pin-Ups is my favourite as I feel they listen more to what I want and explain everything to me. They are all also super talented at what they do. The atmosphere in there is very friendly and relaxed. Rachel does my hair at P&P and every time she always tells me to check it out when I go home and call if I have any problems or want it darker/lighter. She is so lovely that you don't feel awkward if it's not what you had in mind. With P&P I wanted my hair super blonde and felt it wasn't quite as blonde as I wanted so rang up Rachel and she redid it for free and was lovely about it! I once wasn't happy with my hair at Style Club, when I went back they weren't very happy that I wasn't happy and made me feel really awkward! Didn't charge for colour but charged for wash and blow-dry.All in all, I think both offer good services but Pimps and Pin-ups in my opinion is the better of the two.x
