It’s nigh-on-impossible to conceive of a Political Fashion project without thinking immediately of Vivienne Westwood. Unorthodox, outspoken and always questioning, her film ‘Aldermaston’ is characteristic of a designer whose entire career has been marked out by didactic, politicised dress in which the medium is always all about the message.

    Madam Westwood is a truly inspiring person, not only she stands her values, she makes people talk and act and MOST IMPORTANTLY - DO SOMETHING!
    my calling is- every time you buy something of new clothing- please check the label - where was it made, and think...the reason why its so cheap?
    USUALLY IT MEANS THAT SOMEBODY AT THE OTHER END OF THE WORLD( PROBABLY IN ASIA) IS PAYING WITH HIS/HER LIFE FOR IT- SWEAT SHOPS, 12 HOURS WORKING DAY, no much time for education, healthy food and life.
    DO SOMETHING - as Vivienne says - be more aware.
