Erin O'Connor shoot now live!

After a quick tête-à-tête between Nick Knight and our star model-slash-photographer Erin O'Connor, our live shoot is about to get underway. Eight models in total will be sporting a range of clothes from young and established designers alike (including names like Mark Fast and the L'Oreal prizewinning Central Saint Martins graduate David Koma). Erin will be behind the camera and, aided by Nick, will be shooting each of the models in their respective looks. It's pretty much bedlam backstage, but the action is about to kick off so log onto the Live Studio stream on SHOWstudio.com, or hot-foot it to Somerset House for a one-off live experience!

I'm going to be really tedious and complain about the way all of the live stuff works.
Right now, I can see a big brolly and nothing else.
And, like all the other livecasts, the audio is awful.
I really, really appreciate the effort and idea and principle of the livecasts, but actually its so difficult to get anything from them, mostly because the audio is so poor. Put some radio mics on the participants please, please please.
And if anybody is watching right now, could you move the brolly so we can see whats happening??

Is there a chance to become one of the '100 Portrait' models- is this what the casting in the exhibition is for? Or is this for something else...
    Thanks!

I'd be interested to know who the team were for the shoot - would it be possible to let us know who everyone was?

    Hello FilmPhoto,
No I absolutely welcome your comments.I will look into what we can do to get the audio better.I would also love to get better and more camera angles. It all sadly comes down to money.Somerset house have been incredibly generous and supportive and I decided to to the best and most comprehensive show I could with the available money. However much I would love to give you a better experience of the live studio and will see what can be done.As you know SHOWstudio is run solely from my funding and although that is changing SHOWstudio are still a very small( but brilliant!) team and we rely on everybody's passion and commitment to get all this out there.
If you want to help, well I really could do with some webcams.....!
    Best wishes,
    Nick
P.S hope you are coming down to see the show in person.
    P.P.S Sorry about the umbrella.
