After the pre-requisite excitement of the opening days at New York fashion week, there was definitely a mid-week lull - lightened by the shows of Marc by Marc Jacobs and Rodarte. While Jacobs provided a breath of fresh air that revived the waning fashion crowd, ‘there was something elegant, regal and storied, but also fresh and electric’ about the collection Rodarte this season.

‘NYC is currently in the throes of a wild love affar with reworked 90s grunge (anoraks, mix-prints to the max, dirty dye jobs ala Grimes)’, says Indigo Clarke.
