A collaboration between Julie Verhoeven and Mulberry has brought some unexpected flourishes of avant-gardism to the British luggage brand. Verhoeven does a very charming smock dress with a decoupage-style arrangement of her floral-erotique sketches as well as a delightful quilted shopper with gold chain. The effect is vibrant, bold and cheeky. Also debuting as part of their early A/W collection was the ‘Mabel,’ probably one of their most decadent looking bags yet, especially when it's in patent purple or snakeskin.
