Nick Knight photographed Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell in his latest editorial for i-D magazine, worked with artists LucyandBart, stylist Alister Mackie and around 45,000 tooth-picks to re-fashion the male form into a fantastical hybrid for AnOther Man, and captured Italian stallion Jo Calderone in Nicola Formichetti's pick of A/W 2010 for Japanese Vogue Hommes in this bumper live-shoot extravaganza of a month!
