We were delighted to see that our SHOWstudio Twitter came 5th place in The Times' Top 20 Fashion Twitterers list in yesterday's paper. Featuring a mixture of designers, photographers, well-known bloggers and high-profile publications, we rated higher than French Vogue, The New York Times' T Magazine, The Sartorialist and WWD. We first joined Twitter in July 2008 and used it to provide additional coverage of our live 3-day Fashion DJs extravaganza. It's proven a firm-favourite of our editorial team ever since - we've been regularly posting 140-character updates direct from the shows, press days and from our new Mayfair studio. Following the success of Fashion DJs, Twitter has also begun to play an intrinsic role in our live fashion shoot broadcasts, providing regular text updates to accompany our live stream: this week's Soft Furnishings: The Erotic House of Peter Saville saw Alex and I feeding information direct from the set, every 10 or so minutes.
