Interesting volumes were played with at this afternoon's Sinha-Stanic show with expansive shapes cowled around the shoulders, chest and hips. Volumising the upper body like this will no doubt induce relief after the bodycon overdose that seems to have dominated the London catwalk for the last two seasons. Doubled-over collars peeled over electric blue and utility orange shifts and bell-shaped capes and came embellished with origami folds and crystal pailettes. Highlights included the folded plastic discette dresses arranged with hair, yes hair, sticking through - sounds grizzly but looked great. Also fab were the synthetic alligators coats and the hexagonal box boleros.
