The Left Knee by Peter Jensen

Peter Jensen has looked to many climes for inspiration: the east coast of America via Tina Barney one season, the countryside of middle England for another, and even Greenland via his Aunt Jytte. But, for his contribution to our Fashion Body, Jensen decided to look closer to the Dalston studio he now calls home. Accordingly, under Jensen's direction, we're taken on a breakneck trip around London's sights - albeit entirely from the point of view of his specific body part, the left knee. From Hyde Park to the Horse Guards, via taxi and tube to Trafalgar Square and the retail institution that is Topshop, Jensen's knee goes on quite a journey - not least into the dirty east end for a razzle-dazzle moment on the dance-floor clad in one of his thigh-high embroidered boots.

A dizzy & pocket-sized tour of London, the best way to do it!
