I like how he's left it "untitled", it's undefined and therefore open to infinite interpretations...
It's a perfect portrayal of freedom of choice and expression; both within the clip and the idea itself.

,convicts,skinheads,nuns,soldiers,prisoners...
the removal of a persons natural decoration as a statement of submission or agression is alwas going to be a strong and emotive political statement.
