Work starts on new, historic film project

As a result of some historical research undertaken as part of our Moving Fashion project, our picture researcher Imogen Cornwall-Jones turned up some amazing archive footage by Erwin Blumenfeld that has never been seen before.

So exciting and fufilling was Compulsive Viewing: the films of Guy Bourdin, our collaboration with the V&A on Charlotte Cotton's Bourdin restrospective in 2004, that we jumped at the chance of working on a landmark historic fashion film project once more (just wait until you see the exquisite footage: it will blow your head off!).

And who better to work on a tender edit than former SHOWstudio Motion Image Designer, Adam Mufti? Here he is with Paul H, talking through the curatorial direction.
