Anders Christian Madsen reports on the Meadham Kirchhoff show
Report by Anders Christian Madsen .
With its velvet, leather, python, chiffon, and tulle, it was one of the most opulent collections of the studio’s history. Blended to smell like red velvet, it was as if the intense richness of Tra La La had rubbed off on the Meadham Kirchhoff girl, who suddenly felt a lot more fabulous and lot more loaded. She’d even bought herself an old-school PICO machine, the distinct embroidery-like stitches of which sat perfectly amongst the designers’ incredible handwork.
