Alexis Blair Penney is a singer, performer, DJ, writer and personality based in San Francisco. Born and raised in Kansas City, he took his turn dancing and singing back-up on national tours for acts including the Ssion and Hunx and his Punx before going solo in California. With an insatiable appetite for all things visually interesting and arresting, Alexis has been meticulously documenting San Francisco's vibrant drag and art scene since 2008 on his blog soresoresore.com. Alexis currently sings with the Myles Cooper band, with whom he also co-hosts High Fantasy, a weekly party on Tuesdays at historic drag bar Aunt Charlie's Lounge, and is working on his debut full-length record.
