Andrew Yang is a New York City based photographer, illustrator and designer. In early 2008 he created his first doll from scraps of muslin. From this, his series The Kouklitas was born. The line of 27” fashion rag dolls, whose name originates from the Greek word for doll, koukla are all created by hand. From the hand painted faces to the meticulously designed couture dresses each doll is a masterpiece in it’s own right. This is Yang’s European debut.
