Bobby Luo is the creative director and co-founder of The Butter Factory, a nightclub at One Fullerton, Singapore. In addition to his work as a club owner, Luo has been a fashion stylist, an interior designer, a set designer, a visual merchandiser and a DJ.

Luo is known for his theatrical personal style. He cites Boy George as a massive inspiration for his style, noting that his posse The Blitz Kids, 'ignored conventional fashion rules and took radical fashion style to new extremes by concocting eccentric looks to shock and delight'.

The Butter Factory has become a favourite with party enthusiasts as a result of its underground street art dance club aesthetic. It won Singapore Tourism Board's Nightspot Of The Year in 2011.

Luo also runs NIGHTVISION, an online fashion concept store that represents a collections of over twenty labels including Agi&Sam, Bas Kosters, Bernhard Willhelm, Belle Sauvage, Bobby Abley, Bol$hie and Christopher Shannon.
