French-born Catherine Millet is a writer, curator and art critic famous for her confessional and at times controversial writing. Her 2001 book, The Sexual Life of Catherine M draws on Millet's own sexual experiences from adolescence onwards and has sold over a million copies to date. Millet is also co-founder of influential Paris-based magazine Art Press.
