Delaney Bishop is a filmmaker and photographer based in Los Angeles. He has directed music videos for Jurassic 5, Cut Chemist and Engelbert Humperdinck. Bishop also worked on a twenty minute short entitled ‘The Death of Salvador Dali’ featuring Dita Von Teese, a project which broke new ground in new media, as the film was made available to download through iTunes. Bishop went on to create a short film for Stephen Jones’ 25 Year Retrospective at Dover Street Market in London. Bishop also works as a photographer with former London based stylist Gitte Meldgaard, their work appearing in magazines such as Flaunt, Surface, Clear, and FHM Collections. The Death of Salvador Dalí, a short film written and directed by Bishop, was released in 2006 winning honours such as the Jury's Special Award for Excellence in Cinematography at the Aarhus Film Festival, as well as respective Best Actor and Actress awards for leads Salvador Benavides and Dita von Teese on the festival circuit.
