Felix Wolodymyr Chabluk-Smith is in his second year of the menswear masters degree at the Royal College of Art. Chabluk-Smith began his sojourn into menswear with a BA from the Edinburgh College of Art where he was their first menswear student to graduate in the last 15 years.
Although still a student, Chabluk-Smith’s work has been exhibited in Edinburgh, Glasgow and at the Victoria and Albert Museum. His approach to design is based in the lineage of menswear and strict tailoring that stresses the ability of clothing to accentuate and transform the male body. He also features as a student panelist on SHOWstudio’s Autumn/Winter 2013 live panel discussion covering Yohji Yamamoto menswear collection.
