Fiona Mackay is the director of digital services at Karla Otto. Prior to joining Karla Otto, Mackay was senior editor at, and also contributed regularly to the International Herald Tribune’s fashion and technology pages.

Originally from Cape Town, Mackay moved to London to pursue a Masters degree in media and communications at the London School of Economics. At Karla Otto she draws on her experience in editorial and commissioning to specialize in creative digital content and social media strategy for the agency’s high profile clientele.
