Jennifer Williams-Baffoe is an international fashion and creative industry business consultant and has worked for many organisations such as the Fashion and Textiles Museum, the British Fashion Council and the British Apparel and Textile Confederation. Williams-Baffoe is an alumna, short course tutor and Technology Enhanced Learning Coordinator at Central Saint Martins and the London College of Fashion.

Williams-Baffoe's past roles and institutions with which she has worked have included: Business Development Consultant for the United Nations on their Ethical Fashion Initiative Project in Africa; the Fashion and Textiles Museum; the Mayor of London and the Victoria and Albert Museum.

Williams-Baffoe is also the author of The British Fashion Council’s Designer Manufacturer Handbook and has a keen interest in learning within the art and design arena and how this is channeled through the educational system.
