London-born Jodie Barnes began a career in styling following the completion of a degree in English and French Literature. He has collaborated with a number of leading photographers including Juergen Teller, Corinne Day, Paolo Roversi and Benjamin Alexander Huseby.

A former fashion director of Arena Homme+, Barnes also served as Contributing Editor to The Gentlewoman magazine. He is now fashion director of The Gentlewoman's brother title, Fantastic Man.

Dividing his time between London and New York City, Barnes works as creative consultant for Hussein Chalayan and has also collaborated with brands including Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Aquascutum and Escada.
