Model

Kate Moss is a British model. She has appeared on the covers of major fashion publications, including over forty covers for British Vogue - and still counting. Moss made her modelling debut when she was first put on the cover of The Face in 1990, photographed by Corinne Day. She shot to stardom until she became the face of Calvin Klein's Obsession fragrance campaign in 1993, photographed by her then-boyfriend Mario Sorrenti. Kate Moss has walked the runway numerous times, with some of her runway appearances going down as pivotal moments in fashion history, for example when she appeared as a floating hologram in Alexander McQueen's Widows of Culloden A/W 06 show.

In 2005, she won the Vogue/CFDA award for Fashion Inspiration, which was presented to her by David Bowie. The following year, she was awarded the Model of the Year prize at the British Fashion Awards, and again in 2013 she received the Special Recognition Award. Over the years, Kate Moss has also collaborated on collections with Topshop, Longchamp, Zadig & Voltaire, Equipment and Rimmel London. She has starred in campaigns by Burberry, Agent Provocateur, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Dior, Reserved and Balenciaga.

Not only has she been inspiration for fashion designers as Alexander McQueen, John Galliano, Marc Jacobs and Vivienne Westwood, but Moss has also served as a muse to artists including Lucien Freud, Chuck Close and Marc Quinn. In 2016, Moss separated from Storm Management to launch her own talent agency, Kate Moss Agency, which aims to discover and nurture new modelling talent.
