Monica Chong is creative director at British eyewear brand Cutler and Gross.
Chong studied fashion at Chelsea College of Art before beginning a contemporary evening wear label under her own name. The Monica Chong label was stocked internationally at stores including Harvey Nichols, Joyce in Hong Kong and Henri Bendel in New York and worn by celebrities including Princess Diana.
Chong's design expertise have led her to consult for brands such as Biba. In 2001 she joined Cutler and Gross as their head of publicity, later becoming their creative director and PR director in 2002. In this role she launched the Cutler and Gross magazine.
