Per Götesson

Fashion Designer

Per Götesson is a graduate of Beckman's College of Design and Royal College of Art, and a menswear designer. London-based, Götesson's eponymous label has caught the eye of both Lulu Guinness at Fashion East and Topman during his studies. He debuted his graduate collection on the London Fashion Week Men's catwalk with alternative menswear collective MAN in 2016.

The designer takes a no-frills approach to functional fashion and takes inspiration from the everyday and mundane, but subverts it to add romance and poetry to traditional ideas of masculinity.

Götesson has worked as a design assistant at Cheap Monday under the guidance of designer Ann-Sofie Back, and aspires to the likes of Martin Margiela, treading a balance between fantasy and utilitarianism.
