Polly Morgan is a contemporary artist who works with taxidermy. Born in 1980 in the UK, she studied taxidermy under Scottish taxidermist George Jamieson.

Her solo exhibitions include: Psychopomps, Haunch of Venison, 6 Burlington Gardens, London, 2010; The Exquisite Corpse, A Reconstruction Project, 1 Marylebone Rd, London, 2007; and Still Life After Death, Kristy Stubbs Gallery, Dallas, USA, 2007.
