Roger Tredre is a Tutor in Fashion Journalism on the Fashion MA at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design. From 1999 to 2006, he was editor-in-chief of WGSN, the online fashion trends and research business. In the 1990s, he was arts correspondent at The Observer and fashion correspondent at The Independent. He had also edited trends magazine Viewpoint and contributed to magazines and newspapers worldwide, ranging from Vanity Fair to The International Herald Tribune. He is co-author of 'The Great Fashion Designers', published in 2009 by Berg. His current focus of interest is modern Chinese culture and design, and he lives between London and Shanghai.
