German-born fashion designer Susanne Deeken works as a design consultant for a multitude of luxury brands and is based in London. Having graduated from Central Saint Martins in 1995 Deeken went on to work with Martine Sitbon in Paris, creating some of the brand’s most iconic seasons. She has created various designs ranging from showpieces with John Galliano, Chloé, Ungaro and Hussein Chalayan, to entire collections with Valentino, Hugo Boss and Jill Stuart.

Aside from her work as a designer, Deeken has also had success as an artist and illustrator. Her artwork has appeared in publications such as Muse, Purple, Lady and Bite Me Magazine.

Her longest design collaboration was with Marc by Marc Jacobs, where Susanne held the responsibility of the show collection from 2000 to Feb 2014.
