Timothy Long is a fashion curator with over 15 years experience working for the world’s top collections of historic dress, including the Chicago History Museum, New York’s Museum at the Fashion Institute of Technology and the Alexander McQueen archive. Long works with a wide range of garments dating back five centuries. His work focuses on the stories found within garments - looking at everything from the ways in which a garment was constructed and designed, to the wear marks from a time when the piece was loved - in order to bring the wearer and their world to life.
