Curator

Tory Turk is an independent exhibition curator, specialising in style and popular culture. After completing a Media and Cultural Studies BA at Sussex, she went on to do an MA in Fashion Curation at The University of the Arts.

She curated Style Sharing at The Korean Cultural Centre, A Street Style Journey at the Londonewcastle Project Space, Moving Mountains (part of Fashioning Winter at Somerset House) and Legends of the Martini at the Royal Academy. She archived session hair-stylist Sam McKnight’s collection and is creative lead for the Hynam Archive (the world's largest private magazine collection, belonging to James Hyman). In 2015, Turk co-curated The Jam: About The Young Idea at Somerset House and was announced as co-tutor on the Introduction to Fashion Curation short-course at the London College of Fashion.
