Vincent Ramos

Vincent Ramos is an artist from Los Angeles, who creates drawings, installations and performances rooted in archival research and his own collecting practices. In 2007 he recieved his MFA from the California Institute of the Arts.

In 2020, his piece titled Wolf Songs for the Dead, was shown as part of Frieze Projects. The work made use of the Paramount Pictures archives to explore and critique the portrayal of Mexican people in cinematic history.

He lives and works in Venice.
