Visionaire is a company based in New York City that creates films, experiences, and events in addition to an eponymous publication that intersect art, fashion, film, and contemporary culture across multiple platforms. Artists and designers often work in collaboration with Visionaire to produce interpretations on a theme. Visionaire was founded in 1991 by Cecilia Dean, James Kaliardos, and Stephen Gan. In 2014, the trio split their business, with Dean and Kaliardos continue to lead Visionaire, while Gan left to control V and VMan - magazines founded under the Visionaire umbrella.

Visionaire magazine is a multi-format album of fashion and art produced in exclusive numbered limited editions. Since its inception in the Spring 1991, Visionaire has offered a forum for works by both famous and emerging artists from around the world as well as personalities, fashion designers, art directors and image makers. Published three times a year, the magazine features a different theme and format with each issue. Artists work in collaboration with Visionaire to produce interpretations on a theme, and are given unparalleled freedom to push Visionaire's original formats.

Visionaire as a company has created large-scale art installations including the 3D film and sound installation 130919, A Portrait of Marina Abramović, directed by Matthew Placek, at Art Basel Miami Beach, in 2003.
