Musician, Artist, Performer

Peaches is a Canadian-born musician, artist and performer. A former primary school music and drama teacher, Peaches rose to fame with her album ‘The Teaches of Peaches’, released in 2000. Peaches electronic music is created using a Roland MC505 Groovebox, with almost all instruments played by Peaches herself, and her lyrics are often sexually explicit.

In addition to her music, Peaches has also produced a number of video pieces to accompany her work. These include Super 8 videos conceptualised, co-produced and co-directed for the singles Diddle My Skiddle, Set It Off and Lovertits. Recently, Peaches has been documenting live shows, interviews, photo shoots, behind the scenes, and various other segments over the past several years. The resulting footage is presently being edited into a feature-length documentary.
