Lulu Kennedy is the Director of Fashion East, an independent not for profit project based at The Old Truman Brewery which enables young fashion designers to show at London Fashion Week. She previously studied in Naples, where she worked in contemporary art galleries and was a party organiser. Lulu sources sponsorship and has helped launch designers such Jonathan Saunders, Gareth Pugh, Roksanda Ilincic, Marios Schwab and Richard Nicoll, simultaneously producing both catwalk shows and after show parties. Lulu regularly collaborates with Italian arts magazine 'Boiler', on art projects with Mat Collishaw, and also writes for British Vogue.
