Digital art-the computer tool is blurring photography and illustration. This image was created entirely by using photoshop, without any scanning or manipulation of photograph, but the nature of the tool gives it a realistic feel.

Thank you. I submitted this image to 2 microstocks, one company rejected it because they say it has "limited commercial value".

Limited commercial value? I think they have a limited brain! Your image can work perfectly for a fashion company specialized in fetish gear.

Shutterstock accepted this one and rejected the other one("limited commercial value"), and this face has gotten 3 downloads already in a few hours. Sometimes, the so called limited commercial appeal images are actually the more interesting and compelling images. But I do find many microstock sites have very strict rules(don't accept blurred or soft focused images, or more unusual images-could explain why the commercial artwork out there all look the same in terms of style and trends).
