Io Echo are Los Angeles based Leopold Ross and Ioanna Gika. Speaking of their composition, they explain, 'The poem 'Prayer to Saint Therese' (read by Chloë Sevigny) is delivered in quite a monotone voice, yet its imagery inspired melodies in our minds, which we then wanted to apply to the voice itself. The track is an exercise in audio manipulation–creating melody from the cadence and nuance of the spoken word.'
