This piece was made exclusively for SHOWstudio's Florist exhibition which marked a major landmark - SHOWstudio.com's ten years of innovation, experimentation and creation. To commemorate the passing of this first decade, SHOWstudio.com commissioned key SHOWstudio.com contributors to 'say it with flowers' and create their own floral tribute to help us celebrate.  Here, Jonathan Kaye formed a minimalist totem from floral oasis. The vibrant green of the oasis references the natural, but it's hard lines, and chemically formed body are in stark contrast. The opposition makes for a wonderfully compelling one-of-a-kind sculpture.
