For our winter 2010 exhibition Florist long-term SHOWstudio collaborator and highly celebrated set designer Andy Hillman stired up the Shop space with his piece Hello Flowerhead. Originally created for a Tim Walker Vogue Italia couture shoot, the delicate pastel roses that swarm the entire head and balance on a ruff have been described by Hillman as a cross between West African Voodoo costume, Pierrot Clown and Kew gardens. Developed on the theme ‘fantasy’, the theatrical head-piece is sure to enchant, fascinate and captivate the viewer into a state of floral euphoria.
