I'm old school, no computers at art college, everything produced by hand. At times I'm sad the craft has vanished. Then the next minute I'm messing with some video or audio on the computer and think it's a bloody marvel. I'm self taught on all the apps I use, something I'm proud of.

My main work is graphic design, from logos and posters to websites.

One of my pet projects is collaborating with another designer on www.tatemodem.com We have set up a web site where we take it in turns putting a piece up, no clients or briefs, just fun. We work in photography, graphics, video, flash and audio.

I am at my happiest with a problem in an area that I'm new to, I love the feeling of being out of control and having faith I'll find out how to do it and it'll all be OK.

My interests are my wife, daughter and son. Film, music and golf! The peace of 4 hours walking round a golf course with a friend and never a mention of work is pure joy! I have also been taking pictures for the past 25 years and recently set up a web site showing some of these. www.dominicsimages.com
