Our Splash! live broadcast is now live

LIVE NOW - our LiveStudio with the amazing Iris van Herpen! Yesterday van Herpen selected a frame from footage that Nick Knight shot of Daphne Guinness being splashed with coloured water using slow motion HD cameras. The image is now being used by van Herpen as a reference for crafting a beautiful water-like dress which appears to defy the laws of physics!

Using powerful heaters and various other crafting techniques, van Herpen is molding plastic into incredible shapes that emulate the form of the water as it struck Guinness' body. Joining van Herpen are artist Geoffrey Lillemon and sound artist Salvador Breed, who are also creating a unique film and soundscape from Knight's slow motion footage.
