Live Review: Burberry A/W 19 Womenswear

Fashion Editor Georgina Evans reviews the Burberry A/W 19 womenswear show with Nick Knight. Evans, whilst thoroughly enjoying the music choice, did see a slight disconnect between the Lethal Bizzle and Giggs soundtrack and the luxury house. A fan of the tailoring, macintosh reinterpretations and embossed logos, Evans was left a little unsure about what felt like an appropriation of working-class youth culture. Knight – who photographed the Burberry S/S 19 campaign for Riccardo Tisci – speaks about the Burberry client and Peter Saville's new logo for the brand; Knight thinks the Tisci and Burberry vision have been well married.
