Live Review: Louis Vuitton A/W 19 Womenswear

published on 5 March 2019

Fashion Editor Georgina Evans is joined by Content Editor Calum Knight to review the last show of Paris Fashion Week A/W 19 – Louis Vuitton. The pair discuss the show's set, Paris' Centre Pompidou re-created inside the Louvre; the soundtrack, which sampled work from eighties icons such as Serge Gainsbourg; and Creative Director Nicolas Ghesquière's retro-futurism. As well as this, Evans touches on Ghesquière's inspiration, namely cliques and individuals he witnesses in public: Goths, buskers and more.
