Photographer Gregor Hohenberg seeks to combine fashion and storytelling, through a re-look at German history and contemporary culture. After studying medicine at the University of Berlin, he moved to London in 1998 to pursue a career in photography, assisting Wolfgang Tillmans for two years. Hohenberg has shot campaigns for Joop, Y3, Nike and Hugo Boss. He has also produced editorial for publications such as the New York Times Magazine, GQ, German Vogue, Brutus, and Achtung Magazine and has taken protraits of contemporary artists Daniel Richter and Neo Rauch. Since 2002 he has been working and collaborating on projects with fashion designer Frank Leder.
