Julia Gordina is a creative consultant and communications professional. In her previous role at the British Council, Gordina ran architecture, design and fashion projects as part of the UK-Russia Year of Culture 2014 programme of events. She has also worked as a London-based fashion and culture journalist, and has written for VOGUE Russia, TimeOut London, FLUX Magazine, Global Blue, Interview Russia and Vice Style. She has interviewed Vivienne Westwood, Stephen Jones, Christopher Kane, Peter Jensen, Terry de Havilland, Manish Arora, Dr Noki, James Jarvis and The Prodigy for Hooligan Magazine

Gordina has blogged live from London Fashion Week for ELLE Russia, ran the My Fashion Secret pop-up shop and a blog of the same name, and managed a successful vintage label Long Story Vintage with collections selling in Moscow, St Petersburg and London. Her business sense and a flair for writing lead her to start consulting for fashion and lifestyle brands on marketing and communications strategy.
