Lanvin is a French fashion house founded by Jeanne Lanvin in 1889, and is the oldest French couture house still in operation.

Alber Elbaz was appointed artistic director in 2001, reviving the house's image over the next 14 years, leaving in 2015. Lucas Ossendrijver became head of Lanvin's menswear line in 2006, leaving in 2018. In March 2016, Bouchra Jarrar was appointed the creative director for womenswear, and stayed for two collections. She was followed by Olivier Lapidus in 2018. Bruno Sialelli was the creative director of Lanvin from January 2019-April 2023.

Lanvin have now branched out from clothing into selling accessories, fragrance and makeup.
