Omar Kashoura

Fashion Designer

Omar Kashoura is a menswear designer and fashion design tutor. Kashoura studied at London College of Fashion, graduating with a collection that received much acclaim. He also furthered his studies by completing a Master's at Central Saint Martins.

Since graduating, his collections appeared on schedule at London Fashion Week, and appeared in magazines like i-D, Dazed & Confused and Trace. He received the New Generation Design Award from the British Fashion Council and Topman, awarded for two seasons consecutively, and also the Deutsche Bank Pyramid Award, for vision and creativity. In 2005 he received the top prize at the Gen Art New York Styles. 

He also worked on designing projects for Saint Laurent, Gucci, and Brioni before taking on the role of Menswear Design Manager at Vivienne Westwood. As the lead senior designer, he led the team designing and developing the premium and denim line collections.

He is now course lead for Fashion Design at the fashion school Swiss Mode.
