!WOWOW!

Art Collective

!WOWOW! was an art collective active in the 2000s, originally based in a warehouse space in Peckham Rye, London. Formed in 2002 by a group of friends from the Camberwell area, the collective included members from various disciplines including fashion design, film, music and photography. !WOWOW! members Tara Grant, Adham Faramawy and Matthew Stone contributed to SHOWstudio's Moving Fashion series.

Tara Grant is a designer who graduated with a degree in Product Design from Central Saint Martins in 2004. She worked with the Topshop design team on their accessories line.

Adham Faramawy is an artist who graduated from the Slade School of Fine Art in 2004, with early commissions from SuperBlow magazine, Twenty Four Records and Cassette Playa, with the film made for the latter screened in Side by Side in Tokyo. He has gone on to exhibit with Tate and many other international galleries.

Matthew Stone is an artist and shaman incorporating varied roles such as photographer, sculptor, writer, curator and cultural provocateur. Stone has exhibited around the world at venues including the V1 Gallery in Denmark, the Galerie Paul Frèches in Paris and the Serpentine in London.
