Geoffrey Lillemon is an American artist. He brings classic romantic painting and drawing styles to technology, in order to reinterpret artistic practice. As one of the leading artists of the Net Art Movement, Lillemon focuses on the interplay between the digital and physical world in his work. Using various art forms–mixed and moving media, literature, soundscapes and classic portraiture–he creates works of hallucinatory poetry that reach into the infinite depths of the subconscious.
Lillemon has exhibited internationally as Oculart. He was the Invité d'Honneur at the Centre Pompidou, a founding member of studio Champagne Valentine, and is currently creative director of Geoffrey Lillemon Studio.
Lillemon currently resides in Amsterdam. In 2014, he collaborated with Diane Martel to create visuals for Miley Cyrus' Bangerz tour.
