Jodi Muter-Hamilton

Strategist
Communications Director

Jodi Muter-Hamilton is the strategy and communications director of Fashion Roundtable, and founder of Black Neon Digital and Project 2030. From working in an overseas factory and returning to launch her own Made in Britain luxury swimwear brand in 2009, Muter-Hamilton understands the complexities of creating a brand and business with strong values.

She has worked across communications and marketing for the best part of a decade, helping fashion technology start-ups to connect with their audience in a meaningful way. Feeling the need to explore and push forward the conversation around sustainability and innovation in fashion, in 2017 Muter-Hamilton founded Black Neon Digital, an independent editorial and podcast platform. Black Neon Digital has since flourished into a communications and sustainability consultancy that helps founders and businesses to build brands with integrity. In 2018 Muter-Hamilton joined Fashion Roundtable to ensure the fashion industry respects everyone as equals along the value chain.

More recently she founded Project 2030, a not-for-profit initiative which is bringing people together to create a garment traffic light system.
