Austrian-born, Falkner's work draws upon the cultural influences she has experienced, touching on themes of androgyny and the subversion of masculine stereotypes. Her photographic series Blah Blah Genitals was an exploration of modern masculinity in boys. It was exhibited as part of the Vogue Italia Photo Festival 2018 and featured in i-D, Dazed, It's Nice That and The Guardian.
