Navjyot Lehl started her career working in Parliament for Labour MP Glenda Jackson. She then moved from working for a backbencher, onto working for Seema Malhotra, a front bench MP, working on women and equalities. From 2015, she has been actively working on political campaigns, both general elections, EU referendum, and the Labour leadership contest in 2016.
Expanding her skills across the Atlantic, Lehl also did a short stint working for Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.
Lehl now works for The UK in a Changing Europe: an impartial and research based think tank, looking at Brexit, where she works within the communications and research team, working closely with parliamentarians.
